Day 01: Delhi

Arrive Delhi, transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

Visit Old Delhi: Visit Jama Mosque (1650 A.D) and drive through fabled Chandni Chowk (Moonlight Square), the main area of the old city. Visit the Red Fort (1639-48 A.D),built by the builder of the Taj Mahal – Shah Jehan and famous for its delicately carved, inlaid and marbled Royal Chambers.
Raj Ghat – where the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi was cremated (1948 A.D) . Visit
New Delhi : Visit Humayun’s Tomb (1565 A.D) aptly called the redecessor of Taj Mahal. Drive past Safdarjang’s Tomb (1753 A.D), and visit the Qutub Minar – 72 meters high and one of the prefect towers of the Persian World .

Day 03: Delhi – Ranthambore

Transfer to the railway station for your train to Sawai Madhopur, 450 km from Delhi. A 7-8 hours rail journey takes you to Sawai Madhopur. On arrival, transfer to hotel.

Day 04: Ranthambore

Game viewing at Ranthambore.Our travel guide now takes you to the far-famed wildlife refuge – Ranthambore National Park. A short drive of 14 km and you are at the park. Get into the jeep or canter and penetrate into the wilderness. Here, as you will observe, rocky hills line up and dry deciduous forests cover the park. Start on your hunt for the Bengal Tiger and spot wildlife species like sambar, deer, nilgai, gazelle, panther, striped hyena, jackal etc. Explore the exotic floral species.

Day 05: Ranthambore – Bharatpur

Drive to Bharatpur, check in at hotel, afternoon visit the sanctuary for bird watching. The park boasts around 300 species and is the only wintering ground in India for the exotic Siberian Cranes. Other species include cormorant, spoonbill, quail, coot, heron, teal, tern, egret, pelican, ibis, snakebird etc.

Day 06: Bharatpur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

Drive Bharatpur to Agra enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, the erstwhile capital of Mughal emperor Akbar. The city was however desolated owing to inadequate supply of water. Resume our journey towards Agra. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Agra – Bandhavgarh

Visit the Taj Mahal, feast your eyes on splendid sights of the Taj as it catches the morning rays of the sun. While you are still in a fanciful state and contemplate the beauty, we move on to view the Agra Fort, a stronghold of the Mughal dynasty. In the afternoon, the transfer to the railway station for your train to Umaria. Overnight in train.

Day 08: Bandhavgarh

Arrive at Umaria railway station in the morning. 1 hour’s drive takes you to Bandhavagarh. Check in at the hotel. Visit the park. The national park lies nestled up in the Vindhya Hills and harbours species like toger, leopard, spotted deer, sloth bear, wild oxen, sambar, nilgai, barking deer, black buck etc. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09: Bandhavgarh

Nature walks and other activities at the Bandhavgarh National Park. Get into the jeep or a canter. Delve deeper into the forests, follow the tiger trails and keep your cameras poised for sights that could leave you wondering for long.

Day 10: Bandhavgarh – Kanha

Drive to Kanha National Park, 255 km from Bandhavgarh. A 5-6 hours’ drive gets you to Kanha. On arrival, check in at hotel.

Day 11: Kanha

Jeep safaris at Kanha National Park. The park harbours 22 species of mammals and 200 species of birds. Take your cameras with you before you hit the trail. Spot at close quarters species like tiger, spotted deer, swamp deer, panther, gaur, striped hyena, mouse deer, sloth bear etc. Explore the jungle to its depth. Feast your eyes on the exotic flora and get to the heart of wilderness dinning room.

Day 12: Kanha – Delhi

Drive to Jabalpur Railway station for train to Delhi. Overnight in train.

Day 13: Delhi – Onward destination

Arrival Delhi, transfer to hotel for few hours for Wash & change. Late evening transfer to International airport for flight to onward destination.
